Nosotros've had our 27" convection oven for about 8 months now. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. It's ane of the worst ovens I have always cooked in. Even afterwards preheating has finished, the temperatures vary wildly. I experimented by setting the oven to 365 degrees and stuck a probe thermometer in there. Temps varied from 320 to 400 with most of the fourth dimension being around 330. No wonder nothing I put in this oven cooks right! We had a tech come up out and have a look at it for u.s. and he said it was working the way it was designed to and this is merely how they are. For what we paid for it, I'd take expected it to melt better than a cheap oven I'd buy at Home Depot. Nosotros have a second oven (role of our Blueish Star range) and that one cooks but as you'd expect. Nosotros could literally put the same dish in each oven and go ii radically dissimilar results. Boooooooo KitchenAid! If I could render/exchange this oven for another brand I'd do it in a heartbeat. Instead we'll warn anybody we can to steer clear of this product.

We recently upgraded to the KitchenAid KOSE507ESS 27" wall oven. We were actually pretty happy with our old JennAire oven, but wanted to modernize the advent. The new oven is a huge upgrade! The controls are nicer, the racks are nicer (especially the one with rollers) and the performance of the oven is better - the temperature control seems more authentic. The convection feature is great and KitchenAid has made it very easy to use, converting traditional baking temperature and time. If I have a complaint, information technology would be that this oven puts a piddling more than estrus into the kitchen while in employ than the quondam one did. This may only be true while using it in convection way - we haven't tried it in normal broil manner yet.

We purchased a domicile in october. 2018 stuck in t 1977. The all in one wall unit was deplorable, needed replaced. Microwave was toast and the oven when set across 350 went to 500. I have always loved Kitchen Aid so nosotros went about replacement with our dwelling house warranty. It has taken almost 5 months to make this happen. Wanted to buy made in America and Maytag is USA and KAid. Is their top of the line. My turnovers are lite and crisp. Just like bought in a meridian bakery. My yellow 2 layer cake is meliorate than the bakery. This is the best oven I have always baked in and...It Is Mine.

I bought this oven nigh 18 months agone. It worked fine for a while, then a month ago just died. I took my dinner out and while I was eating noticed that the time had gone out. I had an electrician bank check the plug and he said it is fine. Kitchen Assist repair came and replaced the fuse. It worked for a few hours and then died again ($200+) Next he replaced the thermostat and the fuse. It died again after a twenty-four hours. Now he replaced the reckoner lath, the fuse and the thermostat and information technology worked for 2 days and so died again. It is a flawed oven. Practice not buy it.

When looking for a wall oven, no ane got a great review. And so we did our enquiry and crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. And then far this oven is fantastic. It heats upwardly fast and the temperature is right on. The interior light is the kickoff to actually lite up your baking. The noisy fans of onetime are gone. This is really a peachy oven. P.S. I am not going to tempt fate and utilize the self cleaning option, this seems a certain way to ruin whatsoever ovens electronics.

This is such a great oven! I got information technology but earlier the holidays and have really put it to the test. It performed wonderfully for the Thanksgiving feast, major amounts Christmas baking and the Christmas dinner. The piece of cake conversion to convection cooking takes the guess work out. One of my favorite features is the "proof" choice for proofing bread. I do a lot of cooking/baking and this is by far the best oven I have ever owned.

Incompetent manufacturing plant quality control

Thermal fuse protecting electronics was never in mounting subclass but layed on the oven outside of the electronics box and burned out. Repair scheduler was 300 miles from my Fla home. Repairman arrived in vii days and broight the replacement fuse a week later on. Repairman was polite but had trouble reading an electronic schematic. Repair human being scheduled final visit for 8 am and scheduling office changed the fourth dimension to noon without counsultation. When you get information technology working, it is great.

Love this Oven!

I bought this oven to replace a >25 y/o Kenmore and and then far am pleased with it. The controls are piece of cake to use; the digital display is very clear. The lights are bright enough to come across through the glass. The fan is fairly quiet and the rapid pre-heat is a super feature. This is my get-go convection oven and I really love information technology and am yet getting used to it. The temperature probe is crawly - such a convenience! I really beloved the shelf on rollers - makes it easy to motion heavy pans in and out of the oven. I haven't used the cocky-clean characteristic - am hesitant to exercise then based on a couple of other reviews that said several features no longer worked afterwards. The oven is well-insulated; the pantry on the other side of the oven used to get pretty warm when I used the old oven; this oven doesn't do that. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase and highly recommend it. I purchased the oven about 2 weeks earlier Thanksgiving.

Skillful Features but self-cleaning caused a trouble!

I bought this oven in 2009 for a new business firm. It was not used very much until 2012. I had not had any problems until is ran the cocky-cleaning bike on nine-13-2018 for the commencement time. I ran it on the preset time three hours 30 min. The oven would come on and say preheating merely will never get hot. I have a repairman coming out merely he said that the oven could not handle the high heat for that long. My problem is if the electronics tin not handle the oestrus why is the oven command preset for the 3 hours 30 mins?
